I work with each client on a one-to-one basis, tailoring sessions to suit their needs, abilities, and lifestyle. My experience includes supporting clients returning to exercise after illness or surgery, improving strength and mobility, and helping people stay active and independent as they get older.

Whether your goal is to feel stronger, move more confidently, or live a healthier life, I provide a welcoming and encouraging environment to help you get there.
